# Account, guests, and signing in

> Sign in, save guest drafts to your account, and organize your library.

You can create, import, edit, and export without an account. Sign in to save work across devices and create share links.

## Sign in or create an account

Choose **Sign in / Sign up** in the library. Use Google, or register with an email and password. For an email account, follow the confirmation email before signing in.

Use **Forgot password?** to request a reset link, or **Resend confirmation email** if confirmation is still pending.

## Save guest work to your account

Signing in does not upload your guest drafts automatically.

1. Sign in in the browser that holds your drafts.
2. When Libre offers your local work, select the animations to save. For a draft you previously kept locally, choose **Save to account** in its library menu.
3. Choose **Drafts**, an existing folder, or **New folder**, then confirm.
4. Wait for cloud-save confirmation before opening the animation on another device.

**Later** keeps the drafts in this browser. A failed sign-in or transfer also leaves them here. To keep a backup outside the browser, [download their source](/docs/save/autosave-and-restore.md#back-up-and-reopen-the-source).

## Trouble signing in

* **Password rejected:** check your email address or use **Forgot password?**
* **Email link expired or invalid:** request a new confirmation or password-reset email from Studio.
* **Google sign-in or a connection error:** check your connection and start sign-in again. If the service remains unavailable, [contact support](/docs/help/errors.md#service-unavailable).
* **Session ended while editing:** download the source, sign in to the same account, and check the [save status](/docs/save/autosave-and-restore.md#cloud-saving).

## Organize your library

Use the animation's menu to move it between folders. The library calls these folders **projects**.
